Just in case, The Slight Edge is the name of the book we talked about, and it’s by Jeff Olson. The information and actions one needs to take to stop moving downward and how to start upward and how to keep going upward is there. His supporters are legion. Doing his daily protocol takes about 60 minutes and can be spread out over a day. His ideas of human potential grab you. My main point from the book, besides all the good stuff and there’s plenty of it! Are the ideas no one is destined to do anything and we are shaped by our surroundings and most of all by our thinking. Which is basic as it gets. The book is a trip of the best kind. I recommend it for old coots and everyone else who’s not afraid of long-term thinking. I’m wondering why I’m just now hearing about it. I needed it, Marvin
