Do animals think about an afterlife?
No?
But we as human animals can do it
and
some invented the afterlife
by
using stories of what might
or
will happen to us after we’re dead.
Why?
To control us?
And so the atheist and agnostic
say
not to worry because there is no afterlife
because
the odds are almost
to
infinity
there’s nothing left but a dead body.
So
does thinking this way diminish my desire or ability
to
help those in need?
If
anything it increases
it
because
time for us and them is running out!
